SAE1008 SAE1006 Q215 Q235 Kohlenstoffstahlwalzdraht
Kohlenstoffstahl ist eine Legierung aus Kohlenstoff und Eisen mit einem Kohlenstoffgehalt von bis zu 2,1 Gewichtsprozent. Durch die Erhöhung des Kohlenstoffanteils erhöht sich die Härte und Festigkeit des Stahls, er ist jedoch weniger duktil. Kohlenstoffstahl weist gute Härte- und Festigkeitseigenschaften auf und ist kostengünstiger als andere Stähle.

Stahlwalzdraht ist eine Art wirtschaftlicher und effizienter Stahl mit hoher Zugfestigkeit und Streckgrenze, guter Plastizität und geringen Relaxationseigenschaften. Er wird häufig in Zementprodukten, Brücken, Kernkraftwerken, Hochhäusern mit großer Spannweite, Autobahnen und anderen verwendet Konstruktion.
